Announcement Belinda de Winter & Ans Ligtenbarg
Delft, the Netherlands, june 8, 2017 – BPF, the industrial leading bioprocess pilot facility, announces that of august 1 Belinda de Winter will assume responsibility as manager operations of the company.
Belinda de Winter, 46, has been active at Heineken in the FMCG business over the past 9 years while working in production and in quality & technology. Most recently she was responsible for the improvement of the output of production units across multiple locations.
Before working in the FMCG business, Belinda has been working in the (bio)pharmacy for more than 10 years in various positions and was involved in starting up new plants, technology transfers abroad and the management of the production, quality and engineering departments.
Belinda has considerable experience with improvement techniques such as TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and change management. She is a people manager who uses a people centred approach, while pursuing a realistic result.

At the same time, Ans Ligtenbarg will leave the company as Operations Manager to pursue her personal ambitions. "This includes her leadership in the early days, establishing the fundamentals of the current operations at BPF. We all wish Ans all the best in her future endeavours.”
